The front desk malay lady is somehow rude when I found they assign me different room to my actual booking.
I confront but this is the tone I got from her " so apa masalah awak ni sekarang " when I doubt her to the room assignment.

It's a good place to stay. There is no elevator, so you have to use stairs if you get a room on the upper floors. Still, there are rooms on the ground floor.

Towel are not clean, still got stains.
I got the worst location of the room, beside the main road. Literally can hear all the noises from motorcycle & busses, like im not closing the window.
Room size is so so for the price. But the room is not sound resistance at all. I can hear my neighbours alarm in the morning 😂. I think it is not even a concrete wall.
No lift is still acceptable since only 3 floors.
